10 Things You Can’t Miss at Gong Celebrate 2026 in Las Vegas

By Patrick Randolph

September 21, 2026 • 3 min read

Gong Celebrate 2026 takes over Resorts World Las Vegas from September 29 to October 1, bringing together revenue leaders, operators, and AI teams for three days of keynotes, product announcements, networking, and plenty of Vegas in between. If you’re going, here are 10 things worth making time for.

1. Get your run in before the AI takes over

Celebrate Run Club meets 6–7 a.m. at the Conrad Hotel lobby in Resorts World. Start the day with a run and probably some of the least awkward networking of the conference.

2. Find the Gremlin

Somewhere around Celebrate will be a guy wearing this:

That’s me. Come say hi and I’ll show you what happens when you connect everything buyers say in Gong to everything your product team ships.

3. Hear Daniel Pink explain why humans still matter

Daniel Pink—author of Drive, When, To Sell Is Human, and The Power of Regret—is speaking. At a conference centered on AI changing sales, hearing one of the best-known thinkers on motivation, timing, and selling feels particularly relevant.

4. Actually hit the Gong

The Celebrate app has a “Hit the Gong!” challenge running Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 for 25 points. The app doesn’t explain much more than that, which is reason enough to figure out what it is. Also, be sure to download the app, it does a good job laying out the agenda so you don't get overwhelmed.

5. See what Gong announces before everyone starts posting about it

The opening keynote is where Gong will show off product announcements, roadmap updates, demos, and new AI capabilities.

And Gong CEO Amit Bendov is genuinely entertaining onstage, so this is one of those conference keynotes you probably shouldn’t skip.

6. Find the strangest real-world use of Gong

Ask people one question:

“What's the weirdest Gong workflow you find helpful?"

Keep asking until somebody gives you an answer worth stealing. This way you can push back your preconceived notions of what's possible.

7. Find one AI workflow with actual ROI

Celebrate will inevitably produce plenty of AI ideas that make great LinkedIn content.

Ignore those for a minute.

Find one workflow where somebody can point to an actual result: more meetings, higher conversion, shorter sales cycles, increased expansion, lower costs, or hours of rep time saved.

If nobody can tell you what improved after deploying it, you may be looking at an AI demo rather than an AI workflow. Hold them to the number!

8. Go to the rooftop infinity pool

You’re in Las Vegas. Go to the pool. Frankly, at any hotel go to a pool.

More specifically, go to Athena Infinity Pool, Resorts World’s adults-only rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Strip. Resorts World describes it as its rooftop infinity pool, with panoramic views and daybeds available. RW Las Vegas

There are worse places to continue a conversation from the conference.

9. Talk to five strangers

Skip one session and introduce yourself to five people you don’t know.

Ask what brought them to Celebrate, what problem they’re trying to solve, and what they’ve seen at the conference that actually impressed them.

You may learn more in those five conversations than in another hour of slides.

10. Find the person who thinks everyone at Celebrate is wrong

Conferences create consensus very quickly.

AI agents are the future. Everything should be automated. Every rep needs more data. Every company needs another AI initiative.

Find one smart person who disagrees with whatever everyone else at Celebrate seems to believe—and ask them why.

The most valuable idea you bring home may be the one that never appeared onstage.

Excited to see you there, it's going to be a great one and be sure to say hi!
