Arkweaver Now Connects Directly to Fireflies

By Patrick Randolph

June 9, 2026 • 1 min read

Arkweaver is now integrated into Fireflies and it couldn't be simpler to get started. Paste an API key, done.

Now you can automatically make sure that every feature you launch gets the attention (and revenue) it deserves.

Every Fireflies transcript gets analyzed for the problems and feature requests customers and prospects bring up, and each one gets a real revenue number attached, summed across every account that mentioned it. That's how a recurring ask turns into a prioritized, dollar-backed item instead of a note buried in a call summary.

Whatever gets identified maps straight into your engineering tracker with the original context attached. Once that work ships, Arkweaver closes the loop automatically. It emails the specific customers and prospects who asked for the feature, referencing what they actually said on the call, with nobody on your team writing that message by hand. From there it tracks 28 days of follow-up activity, meetings booked, deals reactivated, the feature coming up again, so you get a real read on whether it moved revenue.

Fireflies calls are one of the inputs that keeps that whole loop running.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings, then Group Settings, then the Integrations tab.
  2. Click "Add Integration" and choose Fireflies.
  3. Paste in your Fireflies API key, generated from your Fireflies account settings.
  4. Save. Arkweaver verifies the key and the integration shows "Connected."

New transcripts sync automatically from here, and the scoring, the follow-up emails, and the ROI tracking all run without anyone operating them manually.
