Read.ai is the next call recorder we've wired directly into Arkweaver. Connect it once, and every meeting starts flowing in without anyone touching it.
Here's what actually happens with that data once it's in. Arkweaver reads every meeting for problems and feature requests, and attaches a real revenue number to each one, summed across every customer or prospect account that raised it. That's what turns "a few people mentioned this" into a number you can actually rank against everything else on the roadmap.
The features and problems that come out of that get mapped straight into your engineering tracker like Jira, Shortcut, or Linear with the original context attached. And when the work ships, Arkweaver closes the loop by itself. It emails the specific people who asked for that feature, referencing what they actually said on the call, no one on your team has to remember who to follow up with or write the message. From there it watches for 28 days: new meetings booked, deals reactivated, the feature coming up again in later conversations. That's how you find out whether something you built actually landed and turned into revenue.
Read.ai meetings are one of the main inputs into all of that.
How to set it up
- Go to Arkweaver Settings, then Group Settings, then the Integrations tab.
- Click "Connect Read.ai."
- Authorize the connection on Read.ai's side.
- You'll land back in Arkweaver with a "Connected" status.
New meetings sync automatically from there. The revenue scoring, the customer follow-up emails, and the post-launch tracking all run on their own once the connection is live. You control the thresholds and templates, you don't have to operate any of it manually.
