Apparently there is a book called Stand the F--- Out. The basic premise (I haven't read it) is that in a world of AI, you need to really figure how to stand out. Otherwise you'll look like everyone else. Call it the age of the contrarian. A perfect example is Posthog. I mean look at that marketing. That wasn't done by AI. And it works, they have grown like mad with founder let marketing.
But if you are selling or building a product, it's scary to stand out. You can't fake it either (or at least we couldn't). So, whatever way you choose to stand out has to be authentic to you. Otherwise you won't be able to keep it up for long. Imagine writing tens of thousands of words and having to fake a certain personality!
AI can't help you stand the f--- out
And AI won't help you. In fact, it will actively dissuade you. When I see someone doing it, it shows me they care enough to think of the little details. And caring about the little details has always been what separates the good from the great.
For me, at Arkweaver, this comes naturally, it's just a matter of realizing it's importance (and getting over the fear of standing the f---- out). It's realizing that executives are people too. They like to laugh and smile.
So after hearing about the book and putting my brave pants on, I and the team spent a day adding Gremlins to Arkweaver. I've attached some below.

Why Gremlins?
I could tell you its because we find gremlins in your deals caused by product gaps (we do) much like mechanics looked for gremlins in planes. But, it's because every morning I tell my boys stories about gremlins and their adventures. I can't remember how it started, but we are on year three. Gremlins are hyperactive, fun, eager to please, and can morph to match their surroundings. It's a bit of a perfect mascot for Arkweaver where the agents disappear into complex workflows, make sure your prospects and reps are pleased, and bring smiles to everyone's faces.
