How to Update Your DNS Records for Arkweaver's Close the Loop

Arkweaver's Close the Loop is a powerful AI product that helps companies make sure their customers, prospects, and internal teams know when the right new features are launched. It closes the loop (yes...) between eng, product, sales, CS, customers, and prospects automatically. A powerful feature of Close the Loop is the ability to send emails from your domain. To do that, you need to authorize the Arkweaver platform. Here's how:

To authorize our platform to securely handle your emails and domain, please log into your domain provider and add the required records.

Depending on where your domain is managed, select the appropriate guide below to find your Host Records or DNS Management tab:

  • 🌐 Cloudflare Go to Cloudflare DNS Records Page

  • 🟩 GoDaddy (when will someone spin off GoMommy?)Go to GoDaddy Domain Portfolio & DNS Settings

  • 🟠 NamecheapGo to Namecheap Advanced DNS Tab

Records to Add

Once you are in your domain's DNS dashboard, click Add New Record and input the exact values shown in your Arkweaver settings.

1. Add the TXT Record (Verification)

  • Type: TXT

  • Host/Name:

  • Value:

2. Add the MX Record (Inbound/Routing)

  • Priority: 10

  • Value/Points To:

⚠️ Important Note: Do not include quotation marks in the Value fields unless explicitly instructed by your provider.

Propagation Time: DNS changes usually update globally within 5 to 15 minutes, but can occasionally take up to a few hours depending on your registrar.

When done, press Check Verification button in Arkweaver to verify. That's it!
