How to set it up
- Go to Settings, then Group Settings, then the Integrations tab (or set this up during onboarding if you're just getting started).
- Select Gong and enter your Gong API Base URL, Access Key, and Secret. If you use Gong workspaces, add your Workspace ID to scope the sync.
- Arkweaver verifies the credentials against Gong's API before saving.
- Once verified, Arkweaver backfills your recent call history and starts syncing new calls automatically.
From there, the revenue scoring, the customer follow-up, and the ROI tracking all run without anyone operating them by hand. You set the thresholds and the messaging, Arkweaver runs the loop.
