How to connect Gong to Arkweaver

1. Go to Settings, then Group Settings, then the Integrations tab. You can also do this during onboarding.
2. Select Gong and enter your Gong API Base URL, Access Key, and Secret. Add your Workspace ID if you use Gong workspaces.
3. Arkweaver verifies the credentials against Gong’s API before saving.
4. Once verified, Arkweaver backfills your recent call history and starts syncing new calls automatically.
