Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

Arkweaver, Inc. ("Arkweaver", "we", "us") provides a product intelligence platform that analyzes customer conversations and product data on behalf of our business customers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, work email address, company, and role, provided when you sign up or request a demo.
  • Customer content. Call recordings, transcripts, tickets, documents, and other material you or your integrations send to Arkweaver, which may contain personal information about your own customers and employees.
  • Integration data. Data we retrieve from third-party services you connect, such as conversation intelligence, CRM, issue tracking, and messaging tools, using the permissions you grant.
  • Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, IP address, and product analytics describing how the service is used.
  • Cookies. Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to measure site and product usage.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and support the service.
  • To generate the insights, reports, and communications you ask the service to produce.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
  • To improve reliability and performance, and to detect and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models for the benefit of other customers.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreements, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, and communications vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Our role as a processor

For customer content, our business customer is the controller and Arkweaver acts as a processor (or service provider) under their instructions. If you believe your personal information appears in a customer's Arkweaver workspace, please contact that company directly; we will assist them in responding to your request.

Retention

We retain customer content for as long as the customer's account is active, and afterwards only as needed to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Customers may request deletion of their workspace data at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and regular review of our vendors and infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information appropriately for its sensitivity.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@arkweaver.com. You will not be discriminated against for making a request.

International transfers

Arkweaver is based in the United States and information we process may be transferred to and stored there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate by email.
