This is the beginning of us sharing what we are building because that's how you get people psyched! Even during the dog days of summer!

Incredible Arkweaver Product Updates

What Arkweaver does (reminder for those with goldfish memories) - When a feature ships, Sales gets the easiest deals to close, Customer Success gets the best upsell opportunities, and everyone who asked for it automatically hears about it. Think of it like an Agentic Product Marketer.

1. Product Map + Product Lines: What gaps do you have in your Product Marketing?

The Product Map gives you a visual view of your product lines, shows exactly what's missing, and lets you generate every missing deliverable (ex. sales battlecard) with a single click. See your gaps, fill them, and get your products the attention they deserve.

Shoutout to Jared for the inspiration on this; it was fun to build.

2. Golden Prompt: How do you consistently produce excellence?

Arkweaver comes with 13 amazing prompts to run against your customer voice, BUT, you all think you know better (and you do). Now, you can upload the golden example of a deliverable, say a Website feature Write-up, and Arkweaver will create the prompt so that every time you want a Website feature write-up, it comes out as beautiful as that one.

Shoutout to Charlie for this, it's a beaut.

3. Weekly Brief: What deals should I try to close this instance?

A simple but powerful one. Your sales and CX teams now get emails on Monday with launched features that their customers and prospects will have VERY high interest in. The key is that the interest has to reach a certain threshold otherwise they will not get notified.

Shoutout to all of you who said sales never reads their emails

Other awesome Arkweaver features

New Launch Data: see the demand for every feature about to be launched and who was told internally and externally.
UI Redesign: its simpler. Launches, Activity, and Intelligence.
New Anti-AI Slop rules: our deliverables now come with even stronger anti-AI slop rules. They fool me sometimes!

What's coming from Arkweaver

MCP - yes it's actually pretty awesome. It'll tell you the most requested features, let you create deliverables, and provide context for any feature all without leaving Claude/Codex (liking Codex recently myself). We are finding it's about 40-50% more effective than just connecting the call recorders.
Self-serve - sign-up without talking to me. I know it sounds like a negative, but for some...it's not.
Automated comms map - a recommendation and way to automate all your product comms (throughout the product lifecycle) with just one click. This will be a big one.

Thank you all for the amazing ideas and for making Arkweaver what it is. This is just the beginning so keep it coming!

PS - this wasn't written with Arkweaver, but very soon it will be :).

PPS - you will be meeting our new mascot soon!
