What counts as a transcript?

One recorded conversation analyzed by Arkweaver — a Gong call, a Fireflies meeting, a Slack thread you send for analysis. Analysis happens once per conversation; everything Arkweaver learns from it stays available forever and never counts again.

What is a feature launch?

A feature you announce through Arkweaver. One launch includes all of its deliverables — release notes, enablement docs, and announcement drafts — plus every internal and customer communication about it.

How do analysis credits work?

Growth includes 100 analyzed transcripts each month. If you need more, buy analysis credits — $100 covers 50 additional transcripts. Purchased credits never expire; the monthly 100 resets each billing cycle.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

Nothing breaks. Arkweaver pauses analyzing new transcripts until next month, and everything already analyzed keeps working. Upgrade to Growth any time to keep going.

Can I change plans later?
