Shipping faster than revenue could follow
OhMD's AI patient engagement platform serves over 30,000 providers across top medical groups and health systems. The team ships more than 20 new features every month. New features were not converting to revenue as quickly as they were being built, so OhMD turned to Arkweaver.
Ethan Bechtel, CEO of OhMD, described the risk this way:
"Our developers move so fast thanks to AI that it is impossible to keep up. Without Arkweaver we risk shipping a whole lot of features and no one using them. Thankfully that is not the case."
Ethan Bechtel, CEO, OhMD
Here is what changed after OhMD adopted Arkweaver:
- 4x prospect re-engagement
- 2.5x more new features sold
- 40% additional pipeline generated
- 2x customer re-engagement
- 2x more cross-sell meetings with existing customers for upsells and cross-sells
- 101 features communicated to Account Teams on the day they shipped, down from a 37 day lag
- 139 features tied to revenue
About OhMD: moving quickly for 13 years
Two brothers started OhMD to help doctors communicate through text messaging. Today almost 100 OhMDers build AI voice agents for some of the most prominent healthcare organizations in the country. That growth required constant operational reinvention, particularly around the gap between product and revenue, which grew over time. After bringing on a new VP of Revenue, the team realized that optimizing their sales process alone would not be enough in the AI era.
Losing deals by selling a six month old product
OhMD's developers ship 2x more features than they did a year ago. The challenge became selling those features. Arkweaver's analysis of OhMD's Gong calls found that reps could not keep up. They were pitching the product from six months earlier and losing deals that OhMD had the product to win. If you want to see how Arkweaver reads those calls, Arkweaver Now Connects Directly to Gong covers the integration.
Sales teams hate meetings, so OhMD did not add one. Arkweaver made sure prospects, customers, and their Account Teams knew about the most relevant features, with clear next steps. OhMD reps quickly started winning deals and sold 2.5x more new features than before.
The speed of that communication changed too. Arkweaver told Account Teams about 101 features on the day they shipped, where the lag before was 37 days. That is the Launch step of the platform at work.
A different company than one year ago
OhMD's velocity created another revenue opportunity. Prospects who heard the pitch even a few months ago had seen a completely different platform. If they said no, they said no to a different experience.
Arkweaver identified upsells and deals blocked by feature requests and product gaps, then helped OhMD's Account Teams reinvigorate those deals. The result was 4x prospect re-engagement, 2x customer re-engagement, and millions in potential pipeline. The same idea sits behind Want to Reclaim Ghosted Deals? The One Move You Haven't Tried, and the Identify step is how Arkweaver finds the accounts worth another look.
No new tools to learn
Arkweaver integrated directly with OhMD's Gong, Salesforce, and Shortcut data, so no one had to change their workflow. See the full list of Arkweaver integrations.
Leadership can now see which features are creating commercial momentum and where to double down, with 139 features tied to revenue. That is the Measure step of the platform.
Sell all that you can build
Like many companies using AI, OhMD is building faster than ever. With Arkweaver, its go-to-market teams can keep pace: they know what shipped, who cares, and what to do next. More features get sold, more lost deals come back, and engineering velocity turns into revenue.
If your team ships faster than it sells, How Do You Connect Feature Launches to Revenue? explains why that loop stays open, and you can read the full OhMD customer story on our site.
