Frequently asked questions
How long does connecting Linear take?
About a minute. It is an OAuth connection, so you add the integration in Group Settings and click through Linear’s authorization screen twice. There are no API keys to generate.
What happens if there is no Linear Project for a request?
Arkweaver can create one automatically, so a request raised on a call does not get lost because nobody wrote the ticket. New projects can carry a default label and assignee if you configure them.
Can we control what Arkweaver does per feature?
Yes, through Linear labels. Arkweaver’s Feature Status Behavior keys off the labels you already apply, so you decide which features trigger which marketing workflows without leaving Linear.
